Sport | Lap of honour for a canny Scot

It's intriguing to see that one of this man's motivators was his undiagnosed dyslexia. What makes the difference between using verbal and social abuse as a motivater and allowing it to disintegrate the person? Perhaps, in him, like in many other dyslexics, there is a deep resounding knowledge that the labels just aren't true. In some, the defiance is strong enough to work hard to challenge the assumptions and prove them wrong.
